Why Less TV Means a Better Night's Sleep For Your Kids


While an hour or so of prebedtime TV is a ritual that many parents use to calm kiddos down, it can actually have the opposite effect. A study in New Zealand's Pediatrics supports evidence that the more television children watch in the evening, the less sleep they get. It's not the only research of its kind, though it may be enough to convince you to hide the remote!
